There is no doubt that Cimelde is shaping a unique style of their own and this brand new imprint speaks with facts. Alex Kennon introduce us to his chunky bass and his love for analog flavours. But lets not get to any quick conclusions. There is a distinguished moaning on the "This Is" track that shouts oldschool but somehow with a new wave interpretation. From the acidized bass that slaps from sec 1 till the overdown pitched vocals that embrace so attractive the riffs n claps.

Mindtest goes erotic with a warm leadsynth flow and a spark of melody. The sequencing is well balanced and crafted as the Yang on "This Is" Yin... Basti Grub's fame is here to close the deal, with his moody africanodelic re work of the original. A slow burning cherry that blooms as the seconds pass by with its haunting leeds and spacey buzz. For sure a 3 track sampler with a spanking attitude but so stylish arranged. Something to keep you sharp and nostalgic for the things to come...
